Retainer pricing in-office without subscription: $100/arch or $200/set with 3D models. Subscription requires a one time enrollment fee of $95, which includes your first set of retainers. Subscription can be cancelled at any time. In-office and retainer subscription pricing subject to change.

Vivera Retainer Subscription Enrollment
1. In order to enroll, you must receive the enrollment link from our office! If you have not received one, please call us & we can send it to you.
2. Your enrollment link will expire after 30 days. If you need us to resend it to you, please let us know.
3. Please note, you must use a different email address for each child or family member.
Vivera Retainer Subscription FAQ’s
Yes! You can opt in for new retainers every 6 months or every 12 months when you enroll.
The quote sent to your email for your Vivera retainer subscription will expire after 30 days. After the 30 days, we can resend the quote and reactivate your enrollment request.
Yes! There is a $10 discount for the 6 month paid in full & a $20 discount for the 12 month paid in full.
You will be charged for your annual subscription starting the shipment date of your first set of retainers. If you selected to pay monthly, then your payment method will recur the same date every month following your first shipment.
Currently, all retainers are shipped to our office. When they arrive, we will call you to come try on or pick up the retainers.
Once you have completed your enrollment, your first set of retainers should ship & deliver within 10 business days. If you are not a current patient or require a new scan, it may take additional time.
Yes, unless you opt out of the auto-renew feature. This can be done through your Invisalign account online here: my.invisalign.com
Currently, Invisalign does require a unique email address / account for each subscriber. You will need to sign up each person using a different email address.
Yes! Currently, our in-office retainers are $100/arch for patients that have their recent 3D models. This makes each set $200 in-office, compared to the 6 month subscription for $220/year that would provide two sets of retainers each year.

Yes, emergency sets of retainers can be ordered. There is a fee of $70/arch ($140/set) for retainers that need to be ordered outside of the scheduled subscription plan. You will still be charged for your normal monthly payments & receive your next set of retainers as scheduled.
You can turn off your auto-renew feature at any time. You will continue to be billed until the next retainer ships. For example, if you are 7 months into your 12 month subscription, you will be charged through the twelfth month and receive the set of retainers but would have no further charges.
Official Vivera® retainer subscription cancellation terms.
- You may cancel your Vivera® retainer subscription at any time by logging into your MyInvisalign.com account or contacting your doctor directly.
- The one-time setup fee to your doctor is non-refundable and paid at the time of confirming your subscription package.
- Canceling will automatically opt you out of the annual subscription renewal.
- Each retainer set is manufactured 7 business days prior to their shipment date. If you cancel within 7 days of your next shipment, you will be charged for that next set.
- If you cancel but paid annually for your subscription and still have sets of retainers to be shipped within the subscription year, refunds are at the discretion of your doctor.
- Pricing, returns and refunds are at the discretion of your doctor.
- You can also select to opt out of the auto-renewal instead of canceling your subscription. If you choose to opt out of the auto-renewal, your annual subscription will not renew and you will continue to receive any remaining retainer sets until your subscription for that year has ended.
